MAINS



Tacos de Bacalao a la Vizcaina

This is a very traditional Christmas dish in Mexico. Flakes of cod are soaked in milk before being cooked with a rich, roasted, tomato sauce with olives, cubes of potato and pickled chile. Served with rice, salad and flour tortillas.

Carnitas

Slow cooked golden chunks of tender pork, melt in the mouth and delicious served with Mexican rice, pico de gallo salsa, guacamole and warm flour tortillas. Make your own tacos!!

Mole Almendrado

Chicken, bathed in a traditional sauce, made from almonds, spices, roasted tomatoes, dried chiles and  peanuts and served with corn tortillas, rice and refried beans. This is the Mexican Christmas dish.

Montezuma Pie

Layers of fried corn tortillas, roasted vegetables, sour cream, cheese, green tomato salsa, all baked together and served with a mixed leaf salad .V

Filete al Romero

Tender filet steak cooked in sizzling butter with fresh rosemary, served with spicy potato wedges and Christmas  salad.
