After a very hectic Christmas season, it is good to have a quiet time to get everything shipshape again. As everyone knows, January is not busy in the restaurant business and we are no exception at Viva Mexico. We have several members of staff away on holiday, and are operating on a skeleton crew for the moment. We have joined forces with a new initiative, which has just arrived in Scotland and we will be offering cardholders the chance to have up to three courses free, when an equivalent number of courses are purchased.
